Buosi Enoteca Contemporanea was born in Turin as an intimate and refined place, with just a few tables designed to offer relaxation, conviviality, and a slower rhythm. Here, traditional Piedmontese cuisine is reinterpreted through modern cooking techniques that respect and enhance the raw ingredients.

The menu features signature dishes such as vitello tonnato, salsiccia di Bra, traditional appetizers, and first courses made exclusively with fresh pasta, prepared using high-quality local products. Piedmontese beef, cooked with innovative methods such as low-temperature and steam cooking, is seasoned with simplicity to bring out the authentic flavors and ensure an optimal taste.
